Customer Service – This is our top priority. It is the employee’s duty to provide friendly, accurate service to anyone and everyone who enters the Business Center. If the customer has a problem with which you cannot help with, you must direct them to the appropriate office or person. If we can provide service or information to the customer, then the employee will do so efficiently and thoroughly. Remember, if in doubt, ask a supervisor.

Scheduled Hours – If you know that you will not be able to work a scheduled shift, you should inform the SpartanCard Center as soon as possible (this includes informing the office of time you will need off for Spring Break, Winter Break, final exams, and your last day of work at the end of the semester). This will assist in filling the shift.

Work Environment – Please remember it is very important that the customers and other employees of the Business Center feel comfortable while in our office. Refrain from using strong language or offering political or religious opinions. Use your best judgment when determining how to approach a customer or other staff member. Remember, if in doubt, ask a supervisor.
