As a 6TECH Student Analyst/Technician, you help ensure that the 6TECH Service Center, Campus Hardware Procurement, Classroom Technology, and Service Desk run smoothly. You are the face and pulse of tech support services to students, faculty, and staff. After training on UNCG technologies and services, you will be empowered to answer client questions, troubleshoot services and devices, and/or install software. Most importantly, you will gain first-hand experience on the latest software and hardware while learning and earning.
