FWS: Harold Schiffman Music Library - Undergraduate Student Assistant (Federal Work Study)
The Harold Schiffman Music Library (HSML) has job openings starting in Spring 2027 for UNC Greensboro Undergraduate students with Federal Work Study (FWS) awards. Preference will be given to those with a graduation date of December 2029 or later. After your Handshake application is received, all further communications will be conducted via UNCG email.
To qualify for a FWS position, you must have received a FWS award for the 2026-27 school year. If you are unsure of your current award status, view your financial aid award to find out! We can still work with you if you have been placed on the FWS wait list.
The HSML is searching for motivated team players with careful attention to detail and the ability to learn complex policies and procedures, who can adapt in an ever-changing environment and like to have fun! Preference will be given to candidates with proven skills in the areas of public service, detail-oriented problem solving, computer technology and mechanical equipment, and a willingness to learn about HSML policies and procedures. FWS Student Assistants will work closely with confidential and sensitive materials.
