Position Overview
The Undergraduate Office Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily operations and providing a welcoming, professional first impression for visitors to the Dean of Students Office.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Greet and assist visitors to the office.
- Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and families.
- Perform data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Make copies, scan documents, and maintain organized files.
- Assist with special projects supporting office needs.
- Complete other clerical duties as assigned.
Schedule
Set schedule of 8–15 hours per week during office hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.).
