Federal Work Study Position - Office Assistance for Fall 2026 & Spring 2027

This is a Federal Work Study Position- will need to have a confirmed FWS offer to be considered for this position.

Assist in the daily operations of the Bryan School of Business and Economics Office of Undergraduate Student Services, which is a fast paced environment. Job duties to include but not limited to: Greet visitors, answer/process inquiries via phone, e-mail, live chat, and in person, maintain electronic files, schedule appointments for advisors and other staff members in the Bryan Suite, check office mailbox daily, photocopy, collate and staple copies, create documents and proofread, and run on-campus errands. This position is part of a team with specialized roles supporting key functions. In addition, occasional projects using the computer will be assigned in collaboration with advisors and other staff members.
MUST HAVE WORK-STUDY AWARD and commit to attend mandatory training sessions the week before classes start. Dependable, strong customer services skills to include good telephone presence, strong interpersonal skills, ability to correspond via e-mail in a professional manner, working knowledge of University offices, departments, and websites with the willingness to learn policies and procedures, strong ability to navigate office procedures, ability to operate photocopier, scanner, and excellent computer skills.
