Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Sales Intern to join our team in Winston-Salem, NC.

We make, sell, and distribute PepsiCo and other beverages. We do business in five states and sell PepsiCo beverages to most of the market in our geographic regions. We also develop our own line of beverages, producing and distributing a growing product line nationally.

Sales Intern Role Overview
Join our team as a Sales Intern, supporting account management, new business development, and event-based product sampling. You’ll also assist with urgent deliveries, point-of-sale execution, and special projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and process improvement to support team objectives.
- Help create tools, templates, and resources that improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Support marketing and sales initiatives by preparing materials and tracking execution.
- Conduct research and organize information to ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Participate in project coordination, ensuring tasks and deliverables are completed on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategies into actionable steps.
- Prepare summaries, reports, or presentations that highlight progress and impact.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eager to learn and self motivated.
- Must enjoy talking with people in small and large settings.
- Enjoys physical labor with the ability to safely lift 40lb boxes.
- Experience in Microsoft Office, such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, Power BI, and Excel.
- Must be able to travel by car.
Compensation and Benefits
$16-$21 an hour.
